RISE aims to empower our residents to address their health and wellbeing, while preparing them for independent living. RISE Houses provides accommodation to individuals with a variety of issues. These may include, but are not limited to; Armed Force Veterans, individuals suffering from anxiety and depression, individuals who have experienced homelessness and/or long term unemployment, ex offenders and individuals who may have experienced substance misuse issues. We offer tastefully furnished, transitional housing, where you can feel safe and supported. Our main objective is to support you on your journey to achieve your personal goals. All we ask of our residents is that they are up for the challenge of getting their life back on track. All residents will be allocated a key worker for 1-1 support and guidance.
