At RISE, we offer a fresh start to men and women who are recovering from hardships in life. We have several sites offering supported Living provisions located in the Portsmouth, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire areas.
In our modernly, furnished houses, you will be fully supported in your journey, with a programme to suit you. You will also have a chance to integrate into the excellent networks available and enjoy the many opportunities these thriving cities have to offer. You can develop your vocational skills with voluntary placements, alongside college, in a range of sectors as part of your long term goals.
Our Aim
RISE aims to empower our residents to address their health and wellbeing, while preparing them for independent living.
RISE Houses provides accommodation to individuals with a variety of issues. These may include, but are not limited to; Armed Force Veterans, individuals suffering from anxiety and depression, individuals who have experienced homelessness and/or long term unemployment, ex offenders and individuals who may have experienced substance misuse issues.
We offer tastefully furnished, transitional housing, where you can feel safe and supported. Our main objective is to support you on your journey to achieve your personal goals.
All we ask of our residents is that they are up for the challenge of getting their life back on track. All residents will be allocated a key worker for 1-1 support and guidance. A comprehensive support plan will be constructed to help assist residents towards a positive outcome. Our organisation has strong relationships with other community organisations, services and agencies. We have created pathways to education, voluntary work, recreational sports and other psychosocial activities.
